Rule 14
Determination of time period
(1) The chairman shall set a time period to discuss the matter to be presented in the meeting. (2) After the expiry of the time period prescribed in accordance with sub-rule (1), except as otherwise written in this regulation, the chairman shall present all proposals necessary to decide the matter without further discussion in the meeting for decision.
